Plain-Language Promise

No secondary use of inputted data.

PIVT does not sell, rent, or use inputted data for advertising, unrelated profiling, or model training. Information you enter is used only to provide the feature you request, save settings and routines when you choose, and operate authorized integrations such as Google sign-in and Hevy sync.

Data You May Provide

  • Workout prompts, goals, constraints, injuries, notes, and home-gym details.
  • Saved workout days, imported routine details, and routine review comments.
  • Google profile information used for sign-in, such as verified email and profile photo.
  • A Hevy API key, only if you choose to save one for import or export.

How PIVT Uses Data

  • To generate workout plans and assess routine balance, safety, and feasibility.
  • To save your profile, equipment, preferences, and routines to your signed-in account.
  • To import from or export to Hevy only when you initiate those actions.
  • To keep you signed in and keep app state working across sessions.

What PIVT Does Not Do

  • PIVT does not sell your inputted data.
  • PIVT does not use your inputted data for ads.
  • PIVT does not use your inputted data for unrelated product profiling.
  • PIVT does not use your inputted data to train models.

Storage And Security

  • Some app state is stored in your browser so the app can remember local routines and settings.
  • Signed-in profile snapshots can be stored server-side so your data follows your Google account.
  • Saved Hevy API keys are encrypted server-side and are not returned to the browser after saving.
  • Session cookies are used to keep your profile connected securely.

Third-Party Services

PIVT may use Google for sign-in, OpenAI to generate and review workout content, Hevy when you import or export routines, and hosting or database providers to run the app. Data is shared with these services only as needed for the feature you use.

Your Choices

  • You can avoid saving optional profile fields if you do not want them used for recommendations.
  • You can clear your Hevy API key from Settings at any time.
  • You can log out to disconnect the current browser session.
  • You can clear browser storage to remove local app state from your device.
